Mbowe risks re-arrest despite immunity

Chadema national chairman, Freeman Mbowe, risks being re-arrested by the police following clarifications that the earlier ruling barring from being apprehended do not have legal grounds to protect him.
The assertion was made by the High Court 3rd march 2017 rejecting his application leaning on section 2(3) of the Judicature and Application Laws Act (JALA).
