stolen also passport taken forcefully by

deputy minister for foreign affairs Susan Kolimba said its envoy to Mozambique
has been tasked to probe the deportations
One
victim Matilda Mwakipesile said Mozambican police arrested her as she was doing
her business they confiscated her money and locked her in a cell for three days,
other victims Anjelika John and Rashid Abdalla told BBC Swahili that they have
been deported even though they have legal residence documents.
Some
Tanzanian fled to the forest for the fear of being deported; meanwhile the
Mozambican authorities haven’t said anything.
According
to Kolimba, Tanzania is concerned about the expulsions and had dispatched its
ambassador in Mozambique’s capital, Maputo, to Montepuez to assess the
situation.
