Ambassador of the Republic of Turkey to the Republic of Zambia, Mrs Sebnem Incesu, expressed her intention to do the best of her capacity to improve Zambia-Turkey relationships. She also highlighted that positive development has been witnessed in the bilateral relations since the Turkish Embassy opened in Lusaka in the year of 2011.
Mrs Sebnem Incesu was speaking on the occasion of the presentation of credentials at COMESA Secretariat this morning.
COMESA Sectretary General, Mr Sindoso Ngwenya, mentioned some key milestones which were achieved regarding to the strengthening cooperation between Turkey and Africa, and further paid tribute to Turkish efforts to concretize its strong commitment to contribute to the development of the continent of Africa.
Speaking at the presentation of letter of appointment by Ambassador of the Republic of Turkey to the Republic of Zambia, Mr Hgwenya unreservedly disclosed his faith in the partnership between the two nations, further beyond the current areas of cooperation.
