COMESA to support the implementation of Microsoft of Africa's three key focus areas

COMESA Secretary General, Mr Sindiso Ngwenya, expressed his delight to assure Microsoft that
COMESA is ready and willing to support the implementation of Microsoft of Africa's three key focus areas in the COMESA region through the COMESA Intellectual Property Unit and the various Divisions.

The three key areas are:
1. Having World Class Skills;
2. Innovation; 
3. Access.

Mr Ngwenta was speaking at the signing ceremony of the Microsoft East Africa Limited-COMESA Agreement in Relation to the Transfer of the Intellectual Property Hub Website and Related Intellectual Property Rights at COMESA Secretariat this morning.

He further highlighted that it is the critical role of the young generation that will play in shaping and improving the world. He eventually encouraged the youth to acquire skills, participate in the economy, embrace the bright future, and ultimately benefit individually and as a whole nation.
